Biobots, Paranoid, another and Loud+: what’s new on the market this week
The introduction of the new CEOs of Marfrig and Grupo Dia were some of the market moves this week. In addition, RZK Digital introduced its new partner to the market: Paulo Cesar Queiroz.
At Marfrig, Rui Mendona was chosen as the new CEO of the South America operation, replacing Miguel Gularte. There, Mendona’s mission will be to continue the four-year work of his predecessor, with a focus on increasing productivity and operational excellence.
In parallel, Grupo Dia’s Board of Directors approved the appointment of Martn Tolcachir, currently CEO of Dia Argentina, as the Group’s Global CEO. The executive will assume the company’s global strategy, lead the execution of the acceleration process for growth in all the countries in which it operates.
DM9
DM9 announced the arrival of 11 professionals in 6 areas. For creation, supervisor Marina Ribeiro, art director Eduardo Torres and junior art director Gabriel Fogaza entered.
In content, Jussara Coutinho and Felipe Ribeiro reinforced the team as new strategists. Media also gained two new professionals, operations manager Fernando Vida and coordinator Ayla Nascimento.
The other segments that were expanded are customer service, with the hiring of account executives Giovanna Rabonni and Tatiane Lima; trade & promotion, with the super-vicious Lilary Ferreira; and experience with the assistant Victor Barbosa.
Accenture
Accenture has announced Brazilian Leonardo Framil as the new CEO for Growth Markets. In his new role, Framil will be responsible for managing all of Accenture’s industries and services in Asia/Pacific, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America.
He will succeed Gianfranco Casati, who takes on the role of chairman of Accenture in these regions. J Rodolfo Eschenbach takes over as leader for Latin America, succeeding Framil in the role and becomes a member of the Global Management Committee.
Eschenbach takes over as a leader for Latin America and brings industry skills, customer relationships and a track record of digital transformation to the new role.
Paranoid
Karol Maia the new stage director at Paranoid. The director, who already has 8 years of experience, has worked at the production company Caf Royal and has directed campaigns for brands such as Ita, Leroy Merlin, Netflix, Kitano, among others, in addition to being a judge in the last edition of the Festival do Clube de Criação, in the technical film category.
The director arrives at Paranoid with the aim of expanding her activities in the sector and creating genuine connections with the target audience, through storytelling.
LOUD+
LOUD+ announced the arrival of Lu Fernandes as the company’s new customer service executive. L, the professional completes the Advertising team that includes professionals Karina Amabile and Priscila Miranda.
With over 25 years of experience working in the audio market, Lu Fernandes has worked in production companies such as DrDD/Raw, A9, Supersonica, Quiet City and Mission Music. Among the main brands he has worked with are Coca Cola, Budweiser, Renner, Heineken, Safra, Mitsubishi and SKY.
L’Oreal Luxe
LOral Brasil announced the arrival of Gustavo Sotero as General Director of Brands at LOral Luxe. He will report directly to Sabrina Zanker, current general manager of LOral Luxe in Brazil.
In this position, Gustavo will be responsible for managing the Lancme, Giorgio Armani, Yves Saint Laurent, Ralph Lauren, Azzaro, Prada, Mugler and Cacharel brands, playing a key role in strengthening and growing the brands, as well as LOral’s reputation. Luxe, together with Directors Marcela Dvila and Rachele Montellano.
ZAHG
ZAHG introduced Renata Carvalho as its new account and new business executive. Renata arrives at the company with the challenge of building relationships with potential customers and identifying new business opportunities in the market.
Graduated in Advertising from Faculdade Oswaldo Cruz, the professional worked in recent years as Digital Commercial Manager at Exame Magazine.
Savegnago
Rede Savegnago de Supermercados announced three new directors who will be part of the company’s executive organization chart: Leonardo Rodrigo Cruz Sesink, commercial director; Jaciani Cristina Rizziolli, director of people management, and Paulo Csar Camargo, director of IT.
According to the decision and need of the network, the three directors arrive to reinforce the executive board and help our expansion plan, said Chalim Savegnago, executive president of the network.
In addition, the chain announced Rodolfo Pais Savegnago as General Manager of Paulisto Atacadista.
CSO da another
Another announced the arrival of Karina Barcellos to the group’s leadership team, assuming the position of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO).
In this role, the CSO’s main task will be to help formalize the planning of the group of agencies and ensure strategic, organizational and cultural consistency between the markets in which the Group operates and its different business units.
Biobots
Biobots has announced Paulo Franco as its new investing partner. Franco will also work on the development of projects and content for the company.
Paulo has worked at Record TV, SBT and Fox Networks Group in Brazil and Europe. He has a degree in journalism, specializing in marketing, a degree in Cable Executive Management at Harvard Business School and a member of the International Emmy Awards.
