Both are part of the team led by Roberta Castellini, CEO of the agency. Luciana has worked at agencies such as Leo Burnett, Publicis, Red Fuse (VMLY&R), BETC HAVAS, TracyLocke and Plano1, developing projects and campaigns for clients such as Colgate, Sanofi, Senac, Citroën, P&G, Disney, Heineken, Camil, among others. Integrating knowledge from different areas of Planning, she is responsible for creating communication strategies for clients and the agency. “In addition to her extensive experience with strategic planning and looking at data in large accounts, Luciana Colnaghi is a psychologist, and has also worked in the development of technology products, adding methodologies aimed at the agency's innovation areas, with the guarantee of a humanized experience” , explains Fabricia Navarro, founding partner of Frat Digital. Rebeca has been with Frat Digital for four years and, during this period, she worked as a copywriter and Content Manager. Currently, she takes over as Creative Director. With six years of experience, she worked for agencies such as SA365, E-life and Flicka Marketing, developing projects for clients such as JBS, Sanofi, Samsung LATAM, Grupo Cimed, Meio & Mensagem, Uber, Wickbold and WeWork. “Frat Digital is a space of multiple possibilities for personal and professional growth.
