The NBA (National Basketball Association) and Play9 announced a partnership for the strategic management of the NBA Brazil channel.
The agreement’s main objective is to increase the reach and relevance of the channel on YouTube, which has surpassed 600 thousand subscribers and has more than 47 million total views.
“We have been investing more and more in content, in producing exclusive materials, in interacting with our fans on digital. And Play9’s expertise will help us create even more synergy, more ways to connect with our audience. We are very excited about this partnership, it is an important step for us to further expand our presence in digital”, said Rodrigo Vicentini, Head of the NBA in Brazil.
Play9 will have the mission of promoting a more accurate look at the needs of the NBA Brazil channel and will be responsible for strategic content management, collaborating with ideas on new formats, best practices on YouTube, influencer mapping, monitoring of consumption data, management the channel community, among other initiatives.
