With the virtual assistant Ângela, the Institute launches a special action for the month of the Fight for Women’s Rights
The Avon Institute released the video “Woman Who Represents. Women’s Day”, which is part of Avon’s new campaign, #MulherQueRepresenta.
The initiative, carried out in commemoration of International Women’s Day, counts on Ângela, a virtual assistant to support and welcome women in situations of violence.
Created by Instituto Avon in conjunction with Wunderman Thompson Brazil, the video is narrated by model and Institute ambassador in the fight against violence, Luiza Brunet, and shows Ângela wearing makeup with items from the Bonita Collection, launched by the brand in partnership with Juliette Freire. .
The action also has the participation of the Avon Institute team, responsible for promoting awareness and social transformation projects and actions.
In addition to the video, which is available on the Avon Institute’s social networks on Facebook, YouTube and Instagram and from Avon, the digital campaign will feature actions with influencers and posts from the virtual assistant introducing the Institute’s team.
“Since 2003, Instituto Avon has worked to establish solutions that transform the reality of women. That’s why we put actions like Ângela into practice, a virtual friend who has already assisted more than 20,000 Brazilians who sought reception and guidance through the chatbot”, said Daniela Grelin, executive director of the Avon Institute.
