Encouraging freedom of expression, the brand wants to break with taboos and stereotypes
Risqué presents the “Celebre Your Most Colorful Self” campaign as a strategy to encourage freedom of expression through colors. Created by Ampfy agency, the action seeks to break with taboos and stereotypes associated with the use of nail polish.
The brand wants to show that colors do not have specific meanings or occasions to be used. “We want to make an impact so that we can celebrate the diversity of nail colors without being judged by stereotypes. We have more than 100 colors in our portfolio so that everyone feels represented”, says Regiane Bueno, vice president of marketing at Grupo Coty in Brazil.
In the film, which will be broadcast from this Monday (14) on the brand’s social networks, five women of different styles and ages express themselves using different colors and shades of nail polish, according to their wishes and desires.
“The film is a provocation, but it is also an incentive for women, together, to put a stop to these clichés. Colors do not define us, they are there in the service of freedom of expression”, adds Dogura Kozonoe, executive director of creation of Ampfy.
