Olympikus has just taken another step towards its consolidation in the country’s running segment. In the coming weeks, three new running shoes will arrive in stores that will position the largest sports brand in Brazil as a synonym for high performance.
The first model with Olympikus’ propulsion plate, the Corre Graphene can already be considered the most innovative model in the brand’s history. With an unprecedented feat in the market, the tennis board has as its protagonist the graphene component, used in several industries and considered the raw material of the future.
Part of the Corre Family, a line that offers options and technologies for all runner profiles, the product follows the longest cycle of running launches in the brand’s history focused on the segment. In addition to the Corre Grapheno, the Corre Family will have two more additions in the coming weeks: the Corre Vento, a model focused on runners looking for a light and speedy product, which will be launched on March 28; and Corre 2, a cushioning product, which hits the market on April 2nd. All sneakers in the family will be produced 100% with clean energy, solidifying the social responsibility initiatives and amplifying the brand’s environmental sustainability actions.
Applied for the first time in a propulsion plate, the insertion of graphene in the new model revolutionizes the market by materializing the future of performance and responsiveness. With the objective of providing maximum performance in the practice of the sport, the application of the component in the plate promotes the trampoline effect, absorbing the impact of the stride and transforming it into impulsion, providing a lower energy expenditure for the runner and greater response throughout the race.
In addition to the Grafenus technology present on the board, Corre Graphene features other innovations. On the sole is the new ELEVA technology, which explores the limit of EVA expansion to achieve maximum response while maintaining comfort and durability. A lightweight, low-density EVA that guarantees less deformation. Other technological components are also present, such as Gripper, non-slip rubber with greater grip and safety for the tread, Oxitech, located in the upper, which guarantees greater lightness, breathability and thermal comfort, and Ortholite, located in the insole, providing greater circulation of air between passes.
Developed by Olympikus, Corre Graphene results in a 100% national technology, from the raw material to the final product. Graphene is a light, flexible, transparent, conductive and extremely resistant material, characteristics that will change the way footwear is produced in the world.
For the launch of Corre Grapheno, Olympikus promotes several activations, the first being an event for opinion makers at Campo de Marte Airport, in São Paulo, with the presentation of new models and experimentation with Corre Graphene. The product campaign will focus on online and offline platforms, being explored digitally through content featuring the world’s first graphene-plated sneaker. Offline, starting on the 21st, Corre Grafeno hits the streets of São Paulo with OOH media, connected to the moment when the product is sold in the main sports stores.
Corre Grafeno will be available from 03/18 at the brand’s official online store (olympikus.com.br) and also at Aby`s Sports, Bayard, Brisa Calçados, Centauro, Deny, Free Corner, Pro Correr, Velocità and You Can Sports, from 03/21, and the suggested price is R$ 699.99.
