According to Juliana Almeida, Head of Marketing, Sales and Products at Trigg, the site has the purpose of bringing a voice to customers so that the company can understand how it can help people.
“We were born with the proposal to reduce bureaucracy in credit and when we managed to maintain a relationship with people who never had the opportunity to enter the financial system and, through credit, to be able to change their lives, this reinforces the purpose of our existence”, he commented Juliana.
According to the note sent to the press, the testimonies show how the relationship with fintech has followed each customer’s trajectory.
One of the testimonies on the portal is that of Luander, who says that he had his card request denied, but later received an email with the approval. “Trigg was in the saddest and happiest moments, it was thanks to him that I made my first trip and paid for exams for a mother who had a recent stroke”, said the client.
