The people who are responsible for Critics Choice are certainly taking every opportunity to assume the relevance that was once the Golden Globes. With the scandals linked to the foreign press event in Hollywood, the Critics staff took the January 9 date for their event, and even used the same day to announce their nominees for the film awards. On the Critics Choice list, Belfast e Sublime Love Love reigned with 11 nominations. Right behind, with 10 nominations came Dog Attack e Danube. These four movies have established themselves as the season’s favorites, with don’t look up coming right behind.
