Hotmart announced the acquisition of eNotas, an electronic invoice company, which is moving to strengthen the business ecosystem. The company that offers more resources to content creators with an option that is more accessible and connected to their digital universe.
“We acquired a company that was already a business partner, in which we invested since 2016. Now, we understand that it made sense to have greater integration of services in our ecosystem, to make the content creator’s journey even more efficient”, said João Pedro Resende, CEO and co-founder of Hotmart.
eNotes works on the SaaS model (software as a service, in Portuguese) and offers solutions for managing and automating the issuance of invoices. Currently, it already bills services in more than 1,500 cities in Brazil. According to data, the company has issued more than R$71 billion in invoices to more than 130,000 customers in the last 18 months.
