Domino’s Pizza will be the official pizza of Rock in Rio 2022. The sponsorship announcement was made by Supla, which became the brand’s poster boy.
This is the fourth edition of Rock in Rio to have Dominos stores, but it is the first time the brand has supported the festival. This year, the brand’s structure will have three spaces, one in the Rock District measuring over 280 m and the other two on Rock Street measuring 42 m each. The structure was designed to offer the public dynamic and fast service.
Rock In Rio is an iconic festival, very strong and with international appeal, just like our pizza. We strongly believe in this synergy, including among our stakeholders. To warm up the pre-festival atmosphere, we developed a series of actions and experiences. We want to create incredible videos and images that show how excited the audience is,” said Dominos Pizza Marketing Manager Natalia Lucki.
During the festival, the Arcoverde store, in Copacabana, in the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro, will be transformed into a themed space that will have a stage for pocket shows of new talents, a karaok band and the presence of Supla, in addition to special materials from Rock in Rio, as a special menu and uniform.
The idea is for the public to take photos, make videos and share them on their social networks by tagging the brand’s official profiles to compete for exclusive gifts at the event. The generated content will be edited by Dominos and will be used in the creation of new videos that will be displayed on the brand’s social networks.
