Performics arrives in Brazil with the objective of bringing knowledge and experience from Publicis Groupe’s media agencies. In the country, the company will combine its digital expertise with performance marketing solutions, a data service provider and a consultative approach to the group’s tools.
From now on, Performics joins Publicis Groupe’s core of specialist companies that work to support customers with their capabilities, in addition to providing data-based strategy and technology solutions for their businesses.
Under the Power of One concept, the hub is led by CEO Miriam Shirley.

Performics makes its debut in the Brazilian market with two major clients: Hypera and Ambev.
At the head of the Performics operation is Laura Reis Kreigne, who will act as managing director. With over 20 years of experience in the communication market, the executive has worked at major agencies and extensive experience in business management and digital media operations.
Leading the consulting and strategy vertical is Germano Spinola, who holds the chair of head of channel intelligence. With a background in communication strategy, Germano is a specialist in consumer behavior and has experience in the media, planning and content departments of large agencies.
The performance pillar is led by Paulo Schiavon, in the position of head of digital & commerce. Specialist in digital transformation and innovation, Schiavon has worked for companies like Samsung and P&G.
