After having the songs “Beautiful” (Christina Aguilera), “Hero” (Mariah Carey) and “Heal the World” (Michael Jackson) wrapping up their latest Christmas campaigns, Bradesco chose “Halo” (Beyoncé) as the soundtrack this year. year.
But this is not the only novelty in the film that has the motto “In 2022, share your shine” and premiered on Saturday (11).
This time, the bank opted for a live action, with characters from the firefly saga that have marked the action of the last three years, and uses CGI (computer-generated imagery) technology.
The material created by Publicis Brasil and produced by Iconoclast is an adaptation of the original animation work conceived and directed by Paulo Garcia, from Zombie Studio.
The film addresses human connections and reconnections at a time when people spend a lot of time immersed in the screens of cell phones, video games and TVs, individually and almost indifferent to what happens in their surroundings.
The campaign features Luiza, a character who has been present in previous years, as the protagonist. She now assumes the role of “firefly enchanter”, with the magical power to rescue the inner glow of each one. The firefly Lúcio continues in its original design with a special guest appearance.
According to Márcio Parizotto, Bradesco’s marketing director, the challenge was to bring something new and surprising, after the success achieved with the trilogy, and at the same time preserve a universal message connected to the brand’s purpose, promoting inclusion and diversity, valuing the Brazilianness and the fulfillment of people. “This is a production with real people, who represent the lives of thousands of Brazilians. In addition to this humanization, we value these postcards that represent the beauty and diversity of Brazil. All of this brings a very current context, packaged in an optimistic but responsible tone”, he says.
